No. You build and preview full questions without an account and without a card. You only pay when you want to download the print-ready kit.

A one-off purchase unlocks a single kit. Host adds saved sets, your logo (co-branding), anti-duplicate and an archive. Pro adds unlimited use and full white-label (no RoundKit mark).

An account saves your sets, keeps your purchase history for re-downloads, and powers anti-duplicate across all your quizzes so questions never repeat.

Whichever you prefer: with your Google account in one click, or with an email and password.

Manage or cancel your plan under "Plan & billing". You can delete your account and data anytime in Settings (GDPR).

Yes. Swap any question for a fresh one with one click, or edit the text and answers inline before you download.

Fresh questions regenerates the whole night - an all-new set across every round (use it when you want a completely different quiz). Swap replaces a single question with another. Edit lets you fix the wording of one question by hand. For small tweaks use Swap or Edit; Fresh questions replaces everything and cannot be undone.

Without an account: once a week. With a free account: twice a week. Subscribers (Host and Pro): unlimited. The counter resets 7 days after your first use. This covers regenerating the whole night - individual questions are swapped separately with Swap (3 for guests, 6 on a free account, unlimited on a subscription).

Two layers. Within one night, a question you remove with "Swap" will not come back. And when you are signed in, your future nights will not repeat questions from sets you saved or downloaded - so each quiz stays fresh. (We do not promise every question only once ever - the base has over a million - but anti-duplicate works where it matters: the questions you rejected and the ones you kept.)

Print-ready A4 PDFs - open, print, run your night. No special software needed. The screen presentation (Host and Pro) is a self-contained slide deck: double-click to open it in any web browser, fully offline.

Most pub quizzes run about 90 minutes to two hours. A good shape is 4-6 rounds of 8-10 questions, with a short break in the middle. RoundKit lets you set 1-12 rounds and up to 20 questions each, so you can match the length to your night.

Anywhere from a handful of teams to a packed room works. Teams of 3-6 people play best - big enough to deliberate, small enough that everyone joins in. Print one team answer card per team.

Read the answers out after each round (or at the end), teams swap sheets and mark each other, and you tally the totals on the scoring table that comes in every kit. One point per correct answer is the simplest start.

Print the host sheet for yourself and one answer card per team. Hand out the cards, read each question aloud from your sheet, give teams a moment to write, then mark and score between rounds. The host sheet has the answers, hints and difficulty, so you are never caught out.

Any basic printer does the job. The answer cards and scoring table are designed to read perfectly in plain black and white, so they are cheap to print in bulk. Use colour only if you want to - the materials work fine without it.

One host sheet for yourself (a few pages, depending on how many rounds you chose) and one answer card per team. The scoring table is a single page. So for ten teams you print the host sheet once and ten answer cards.

Yes. On Host and Pro, every kit includes a screen presentation - a polished slide deck of your quiz for the projector or TV, alongside the print-ready PDFs. Teams still answer on the printed cards; the screen shows the questions (and, if you like, reveals the correct answer with a click). You can try a live demo deck on the homepage and in the free pack.

Neither. The deck is a single folder in your kit - double-click to open it in any web browser and it works fully offline. Connect your laptop to a projector or TV and press F for full screen. No install, no login, no wifi.

Yes to both. Press S for the speaker view in a second window - it shows the correct answer, your notes and the next slide, so you keep it on your laptop while the projector shows the quiz. To save the slides as a PDF, open the deck with ?print-pdf in Chrome and print to PDF. The included start guide walks you through it.

From a base of over 1.1M questions drawn from open datasets on free licences (CC-BY, CC-BY-SA, MIT), calibrated for difficulty and category.

We default to a high-quality filter and tune the mix so a night plays well - varied, not dry, with no two questions on the same answer in a round. Questions come from curated open datasets; if one ever does not fit, swap it for a fresh one or edit it in the creator before you download.

Of course not - and we don't pretend they are. The base has the occasional slip (rarely). That is exactly why every question is yours to control: if one does not fit, swap it for another in one click with "Swap", or adjust the wording with "Edit" to match how you host. You set the night, not the database.

Yes. The questions are on open licences and every kit includes a sources page with the required attribution. We do not sell exclusivity - we sell the curation, format and tools around them.

English and Polish, from the same builder. Switch the quiz language and the same builder maps the questions over.

A kit is an instant digital download. At checkout you explicitly waive the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU consumer law), so a downloaded kit is generally non-refundable. If something is wrong, contact us - we want you happy.
